Project: Thank you card for a surgeon

Materials: Telescoping forceps, laryngoscope, other scary tools

My boyfriend recently had surgery to remove a small cyst from his vocal cords. He asked me to make a thank you card for his doctor, so I decided to do my best to replicate the tools of her trade. And man, was it challenging. Those tools are very delicate. To cut them out, you have to have...well, the hands of a surgeon.
