Project: Birthday card for my almost-birthday-twin boyfriend

My boyfriend's birthday is two days before mine, and he loves the Muppets. As a result, it was only fitting that Kermit make an appearance on his birthday card. For his present, I got him the Discovery Channel series Planet Earth on DVD, so the "world" theme fit in nicely.
