Materials: Granny Smith apples, mountains of butter and sugar
My boss had a potluck to celebrate his birthday. Since my coworkers have been the beneficiaries of several of my baking adventures, I was assigned to bring dessert. It being October, apple pie seemed like a nice, seasonal choice. My friend, Nicole, came over to help, and took a pie home for her efforts!
